What kind of paper do you use?
We use mulberry paper to create our flowers. Mulberry paper is a form of handmade paper made from the bark of a very fast-growing mulberry bush that is very common in Northern Thailand.
How long does it take to receive the flowers?
Most orders through the website are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after receiving payment. And then delivery time, there are three shipping service options with an estimated delivery date as follow:
EMS post with every step tracking number (low-rate)
5 to 10 days for Asia zone,
7-20 days for the United Kingdom, European countries, and Australia zone
10-25 days for USA and Canada zone
DHL express courier with every step tracking number (high-rate)
3 to 5 days for Asia zone,
5-7 days for the United Kingdom, European countries, and Australia zone
5-7 days for USA and Canada zone
Delivery time may vary due to delivery location and the local custom processes. The payment of duties and taxes are typically the responsibility of the receiver If there is any.
How do I place my order?
Check “View cart” to place your order or “Continue Shopping” to add more products to your cart and keep shopping for more. Once you have added all the products to your cart, select the shipping service method and begin the “Checkout” process. We shall send the complete invoice including shipping cost with payment details. After processing payment, then waiting for the flowers to come.
How do I know the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimension of your order and the shipping service method. To find out how much your order will cost, please add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, select the shipping service method and check out. The shipping cost will be quoted. For more options, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment options: PayPal, bank transfer (T / T). You can pay by credit cards in PayPal options.
How do I care for paper flowers?
Paper flowers are relatively low maintenance and durable. Just avoid continuous exposure to direct sunlight, and keep away from water. If there is any dust, we find that a soft shake usually takes care of any dust that settles on paper flowers. You can also use a cool hair dryer to blow the dust away.
What happens if the product I have ordered goes out of stock?
If any type of product is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email.
